A concise approval checklist helps keep the sample, quotation and final order aligned. Use the same product identifiers across every document.
Check the product identity
Record the full model number, blade code or selected product style. For products offered in several lengths or materials, state each configuration explicitly. Include photographs of the approved sample where they help distinguish similar-looking items.
Review contents and presentation
Confirm accessory quantities, spare batteries where applicable, charging cables, guides, brushes, cases and instructions. Packaging images may show several alternatives; select the actual kit contents and packaging rather than relying on a single collection photograph.
Confirm the document scope
Check that the model named in a supplied document matches the intended order. Read the scope, dates and report references. A test report should be described as a test report, and documentation for one model should not be applied automatically to an entire category.
Close the open commercial points
Before confirming the order, review quantities, pricing, delivery schedule, packing dimensions and shipment arrangements. Keep the approved artwork and product specification with the order record. Any later change to color, material or accessories should be reflected in an updated confirmation.
